I'm officially done with my first semester of college, woo!  How exciting.  Butttt my gpa has dropped a lot; I'm cracking down come January.  I mean, I didn't fail any of my classes (I don't think..) but I got like Bs and Cs.. which isn't bad, but I was a 4.0 student and I'm kinda disappointed in myself.  But like I said, I'll work harder in the spring; live and learn.  So far I've made $234 from selling textbooks.. sweeeeet.  I've still got one more to sell, too.

So yeah, I survived finals and got some free drugs.  Hip hip hoorah!

Work's been okay lately.  I still love the diner, as always.. Brittany's working there now too, so hoorah for that.  There's a catering that we're doing on Friday the 23rd, and I'm getting $100 from Karl & Melissa, plus apparently these people are really wealthy and always tip servers generously, so hopefully Megan and I will go home with some Christmas cash.  Napoli's is picking back up, too, kinda.  Tips are getting a little better, and things are starting to get done, but Brittany quit and has been replaced by another Brittany and some other new girl who I haven't met yet.  "La otra Britny" is okay.. she's nice but she seems kinda of inexperienced for someone who has worked as a waitress before.  And she's really messy, or maybe I'm just anal, but I'm always cleaning up after her (and her customers).  So now I'm left to deal with Lisa's lack of control and Brett's arrogance.

We need a party.  It's highhh time for a new Shutterfly.  I'll post pictures when I get some worthy of posting.

Is it just me or does every update seem the same?  Am I that boring?  here I go again..

What does everyone want for Christmas?

So.. an update.  I ate a nice brownie this morning, so bear with me here.  Hmm.. life.

Life right now is boring.  I hate to say it, but I really am bored.  Every week is the same; work, school, work, school, work forever, party, homework, repeat.  Get high in between all of that.  But still.. I hate this routine.  I need some excitement.  I need a hobby.  Something away from the computer.

Yeah, so I work a lot.  I guess I really only work 4, sometimes 5 days a week.  But when I go to school the other two days.. ew.  I'm just tired of it all.  But don't get me wrong, I love the Diner, and Napoli's isn't too bad.  I don't know what I'm trying to say.  Just that some time off would be nice.

Some anime girl is sitting next to me.  I wish she'd share her anime with me, though, cause I only have Cowboy Bebop on here and I've seen the episodes that I have.  Note to self: Get anime & such from Chris.

Anyway.  I'm boring myself.  I swear there's more to me than this.  I think intelligent thoughts.  I'm just bored with Xanga and Facebook and MySpace and OD.  Le sigh.

I wish I didn't have to wait around for my stupid lab.  Yargh, matey.

I need to do something for Halloween!!  Somebody help, cause I'm supposed to dress up for work on both Saturday and Monday!  Eeejklfe.  Leave suggestions, and I'll make your wildest dreams come true.  Yeah.

Let's go drankin'

So... life.  Hm.  It's been a long week.  I guess it started with the party last Saturday.  It was a fucking good party, even though Chris passed out early and I didn't really know any of the Club people.  Crawled into bed with Chris around 4:30 ish and when I woke up, my camera had been stolen.  Fucking motherfuckers.  It's not that I don't have the money to buy another camera, because I do, it's just shitty that I have to spend another $400 on another piece of technology that will eventually fuck up.  My parents and I spent $1400 on a laptop that's currently not working properly, and gahhh.  I just wanna CS :(  Things are just frustrating.  Like today, when the Star Telegram (biggest paper in DFW) did a review on Grapevine Diner and basically called me a shitty waitress.  Yeah, that's a bit discouraging.  Sigh.  I did have the weekend off cause we were gonna go camping for Crystal's bday (which is tomorrow!) but that trip got cancelled so I'm picking up an extra shift tomorrow morning.

On the other hand, I started college this week!  Which I have to admit, I like it a lotttt.  I'm so excited to be back in school.  In my 8 am environmental science class on that first day, I sat there smiling like an idiot.  The only shitty thing is homework, but psh.  I don't see Chris at all during the day.. bah.  Davey's in my British Lit class so it won't be as bad.  Psychology will be fun, my lab won't be too bad, and my online courses I haven't started because WebCT is duuuuumb.  Anyway.  I love campus, and I love all the people.  People-watching is SO good there.  Yippee!

Chris and I's six month is Sunnnnndayyyyy.  yayayayayayay.  Except I'm kinda freaking out cause I love him too much to ever show it through a gift.  I'll figure something out.
